In-Store Class: Sew Together Bag

Let's make this super versatile Sew Together Bag with three zipper pockets inside for all your sewing supplies and thread!

2 In-Store Class Date Options: Thursday April 23rd from 10-4pm                                                                                     OR Saturday May 2nd from 10-4pm.

**Don't forget to bring a lunch to eat when we take a break midday.

-> There will be homework before the class so the day of the class can be spent putting the bag together and getting all the zippers on. We'll contact you with instructions about homework once you've registered for the class.

We provide:

• Sew Together Bag Printed Pattern
• 1 yard of medium weight stabilizer
• 1/2 yard of Fusible Fleece
• **** Sewing Machines, ironing station and cutting stations are available for the class. If you'd like to bring your own machine, no problem!

You Provide:

• Exterior fabric: 1 fat quarter (18” x 22”) (this fabric will be on the outside of the bag and quilted before we start the project)
• Lining Fabric: 1/2 yard x WOF
• Pocket Lining: 1/3 yard x WOF
• Binding fabric: 1 fat quarter (18” x 22”)
• 1 - 20" zipper ( or you can use zipper tape and trim that)
• 3 - 10" zipppers ( a bigger zipper is always good for wiggle room and we will trim it down to a 9" zipper.
  

*** Don't forget your sewing kit: coordinating thread colour that goes with your fabric choice, scissors, snips, smaller ruler, pencil, seam ripper, CLIPS or PINS are a must for this project also. 

*** If you're using your own machine, a walking foot is helpful and you need a zipper foot during the class.
