Let's head back to school, together! We are offering 4 beginner classes, take them all or choose the ones you want.
When you sign up you'll receive all the supplies you need to finish your projects and you'll get access to pre-recorded lessons that correspond with each project. You'll also be granted access to The HomeMade Sewing School, a private Facebook group which will act as our continuing classroom. Anyone enrolled in any of our Sewing School Classes will have unlimited entry. You can post your beginner questions and our experts and members of the HomeMade community will answer.
All you need for these classes is the necessary machine, and your machine's manual. If you can't find it, try downloading from your manufacturer as many are online.
If you need a machine, we got you covered! Janome is giving Sewing School participants a great deal on machines paired with classes. So you'll be outfitted with everything you need to start your new sewing journey!
In your HomeMade Sewing School kit you'll receive materials to complete the following projects:

Serger 101 projects:
Quilting 101
Embroidery 101
The video classes you register for will be emailed to you, and you can complete your courses on your own schedule. But you are invited to join us over the month of September for a chance to get your questions answered Live with your classmates.
Please note that this is an online course, we'll make every attempt to guide, demonstrate and answer questions, however personalized instruction is limited in this format. However, we've done many of these events virtually, everyone gets the hang of it, learns a lot and it's always a good time!
