In-Store: Sewing & Supper ~ Free Standing Lace Easter Eggs - Machine Embroidery Class

Come Sew and have Supper with us!

We'll be learning to make Free Standing Lace Easter Eggs on your embroidery machine.

From 5pm-6:30pm we'll download files, hoop up our stabilizers and set up our machines. And then, while our machines are stitching dinner will be served! (because the stitching takes a while!)

All supplies for the class are included with Supper!  (if you have any dietary needs please let us know before the class)

NOTE : We will supply a variety of embroidery thread colours, however if you've got specific ones you'd like to use, you can bring your own too. (ie. if you plan to make more eggs when you go home, you may want to use the same thread in class) (40wt Polyester or 30wt Rayon is best for embroidery)

****You will need to bring an embroidery machine to class! or RENT ONE from us $35.  No experience on the machine necessary. BEGINNERS welcome****

You Bring:

• Your Embroidery Machine & all your machines hoops. (any brand) although we specialize in Janome machines.  
  
• Optional: Tweezers, hemostats, stiletto or a tiny crochet hook 

We Supply:

• Water soluble stabilizer. 
• Embroidery threads
• Scrap fabrics for free standing applique.
• Embroidery files for all machine types. 
• An embroidery machine if you'd like to rent and learn $35.
• DINNER!
