In-Store ~ Beginner Paper Piecing Course (Pumpkin Block)

Join us In-Store to learn how to Paper Piece! We'll be making a super cute Pumpkin Block. You can turn it into a pillow, table topper or make lots of them and turn it into a quilt!

You'll learn everything you need to know about getting started with paper piecing. 

Class: Saturday, September 27th ~10-3pm (feel free to bring a lunch or a snack to snack on. You might be finished before 3pm as everyone works a little differently)

We provide:

  • Pattern for the Pumpkin Block with print outs
  • we will provide the white fabric needed for the background pieces of this block

You bring: 

  • Scrap orange fabric for the pumpkin - many different prints work well or you can use 1 fat quarter if you want your pumpkin to be the same colour throughout
  • 1 - 6x6" aprx. square of brown for the trunk of the pumpkin
  • Cotton Thread or 80wt Deco Bob works great
  • Rotary Cutter
  • Fabric marking pencil
  • Fabric Glue
  • Add-a-Quarter Ruler is needed for paper piecing
  • basis Sewing Kit (seam ripper, scissors, thread.....)
